Game 22 -Bargnani goes off for 41, Amar'e has 18 in the 4Th and Felton gets the bounces

First Quarter

Sunday the Raptors were down 33-18 (-15) after 1 and tonight the Raptors lead 32-28 (+4) so the Raptors have scored 14 more points and given up 5 less points and it starts with 10 assists compared to 3 on Sunday after 1 quarter. The Raptors are shooting 60% and are lead by Andrea Bargnani who has 9 points with 2 assists and 2 boards while Calderon (7 points) and Jerryd Bayless have 2 assists too. Ed Davis has 4 boards and DeMar DeRozan has 3 boards and 4 points as the Raptors have out rebounded 10-8 and out assisted the Knicks 10-5 too and the Knicks are lead by Danilo Gallinari (8 points and 3 boards), Raymond Felton (8 points along with a board and an assist and 2 steals), and Wilson Chandler (7 points and 2 assists). Raptors had a great first quarter and need to continue playing this way in the second quarter and more active hand defense to grow the lead.

Second Quarter

Knicks fans say "boooooooooooo" as the Raptors take a big lead of 13 points with help from Bargnani (10 points with 2 boards and an assist) than the Knicks outscored them by 15 to take a 2 point lead into the second half lead by Raymond Felton (12 points and an assist). The Knicks were also lead by Toni Douglas (7 points and 2 board with a steal), Amar'e Stoudemire (6 points with 4 boards and an assist), and Landy Fields (6 boards and 2 points) while the Knicks out boarded the Raps 18-11. The Raptors were also lead Linas Kleiza (4 points and 4 boards), Jerryd Bayless (4 points and 2 assists), and DeMar DeRozan (3 points) and the Raptors had a 5-3 advantage with assists and the Raps need to get easy shoots by passing the ball and play better defense in the second half to be able to have a chance to win the game.

Third Quarter

The Raptors out assisted the Knicks in the quarter 5-3 (20-11 thr 3) and DeMar (10 points with 2 boards and an assist) lead the Raps while Bargnani kept his hot game going (7 points with 3 assists and 2 boards) while Amir got on the boards(3). The Knicks were lead by Amar'e Stoudemire (8 points and 5 boards and Danillo Gallinari (8 points and 2 boards) as the Knicks out rebounded the Raps 13-11 in the third.

Fourth Quarter

Bounce, bounce, bounce, and in that is how Raymond Felton's 3-ball went into put the Knicks up 103-100 before Andrea Bargnani (15 points in the quarter) tried a very long 3 to tie the game but did not even get to the rim and the Knicks win and have won all 3 of the games aganist the Raps so far. The Raptors had nobody with more than Kleiza ( 4 points and 3 boards) in the quarter besides Bargnani but Calderon did have 3 of the Raps 4 assists and the Knicks were lead by Amar'e Stoudemire (18 points and 5 boards) and besides his winning shot Raymond Felton passed the ball (7 assists) and the Raps got a quick 5 count to get the ball in and it could of factored in and could have given the Raps a better chance of winning.

Final Thought

Andrea Bargnani had his best game as a pro (41 points, 7 boards, and 6 assists) he did a little of everything but Amar'e Stoudemire had 26 of his 34 points in the second half (18 in the final quarter) with 10 boards Raymond Felton's last shot hurt and having 7 of the Knicks's 8 assists in the fourth showed the kind of leader he can be. DeMar DeRozan had a good game (19 points and 5 boards) and the Raps shared the ball as 8 of 9 players had 1 assist and 6 had atleast 2 assists and 6 players had atleast 5 boards but nobody had more than 7 so boards can be worked on but atleast the Knicks had only 8 3's compared to 12 in Sunday game. Finally with a bit better defense this kind of effort will win the Raptors more games than it lose them and the Raptors welcome the Denver Nuggets to the ACC on Friday night.
