First Quarter

This is not a game this is practice as the Raptors shoot 65% from the field (13 of 20) and Reggie Evans had rebound practice having 10 boards of the Rator's 11 in the quarter while the Raptors also had passing drills as the Raptors starters all have at least 1 assists (Calderon leads with 3). They also practiced free throws (5 of 6) and Jerryd Bayless even practiced a 3-ball at the buzzer and the Raptors lead 33-18 (lead by Bargnani 8, Calderon 7) while Iquodala has 5 points and Nocioni has 3 boards for the Sixers.

Second Quarter

Reggie Evans has set a Raptors record (15) for rebounds in a first half but the Raptors cooled down and shooting 50% in the quarter eventhough they built the lead to 19 at half and where lead by Peja Stojakovic and Andrei Bargnani who both had 7 in the quarter and Calderon lead with 5 assists and the Raptors were 5-8 in the first half with 3-balls. The Sixers were lead Craig Brackins and Louis Williams both of the bench with 6 points each and Iquodala had 3 boards and 4 assists in the quarter.

Third Quarter

The Raptors lead going into the quarter 62-43 and the Raptors 6 for 12 in the quarter with Reggie Evans had 8 points and 2 boards and Calderon and Bargnani had 5 points each while Taddeus Young and Jrue Holiday both had 8 points in the quarter and Spencer Hawkens had 3 rebounds and the Raptors lead 87-71.

Fourth Quarter

The Raptors did not play well until late in this quarter but the sixers only got as close as 10 points to the Raptors and Reggie had 7 boards in the quarter Jerryd Bayless lead with 5 points and Bargnani had 4 points as well and Calderon had 3 assists while the sixers were lead by Iquodala with his 8 points and 4 boards.

Final Thoughts

The Raptors played so well in the first quarter and built up the lead in the second and held on in the second half because they had 10 assists in the first quarter and 14 in the other 3 quarters but they were able to take advantage of opportunities they have been given. Bargnani had a good game especially in the first half with 15 points and had 9 in the second half and Evans had a monster game on the boards especially in the first half with 15 boards and put up good points with 12 and Calderon had 16 points and 9 assists while Bayless had a good shot with 3-balls with 3 for 3. To think the Raptors have won 4 in a row including a big win at home aganist the Boston Celtics but tonight the sixers especially in the first quarter showed why their so bad.

Thanks
